The Growth Hub is a business incubator and offers a number of key business services to start-up and SME Gloucestershire businesses.

The Growth Hub approached BEAF with a challenge. They wanted to know how they could best promote their services to the wider business community, as-well-as promote the funding grants they had available.

BEAF carried out an Innovation Day with The Growth Hub, to firstly distill the challenge they were facing. We then used over 70 idea-generating tools to come up with new ideas which would meet the challenge.

The team and BEAF generated over 100 ideas during the Innovation Day. The ideas were then taken away by BEAF and used to create an action plan.

This action plan was used by The Growth Hub to inform the marketing strategy of the organisation.

We had a great Innovation Day with BEAF, and generated over 100 ideas.
