Case Study: The One Where We Successfully Launched A High-Margin New Business.
Integrity Print are one of the country’s largest commercial print groups. They were competing in a market where margins are literally paper-thin, and one which has been heavily commoditised.
Integrity contacted us because they wanted to increase margins and access new markets.
BEAF carried out an Innovation workshop with the team at Integrity, where we generated over 30 new business ideas. These were taken away by BEAF and researched.
Following the research, BEAF created and developed a new business for Integrity print called Ready, Willing and Label (RWL). RWL develops labels for some of the countries best-known artisanal food producers. The brand works directly with consumers and is delivering high-margin business for Integrity.
BEAF also supports Integrity in PR and Marketing, getting the company featured across trade and national press, inviting tender opportunities and increasing visibility of the company.
We launched a completely new label business in 2016 with accompanying website, which is already generating substantial direct enquiries.
BEAF’s PR efforts also meant Integrity was featured in some of the biggest print journals.
